Our team is mainly made up of ex Newcastle College students, so most of us had first hand experience of what it’s like to be schooled there. One thing that we constantly came back to was the fact that from day one you were taught differently. It was very hands on and practical, and the perfect preparation for the actual industry you were about to enter. That got us thinking about the fact that our schooling there was very different to other colleges and universities where our peers attended, and this led us to the campaign line It’s a Different Class
Over the two years, the College were wanting to create two different TV ads. But due to the snapshot style we created with the TV ad we actually decided to overshoot the number of courses, and this allowed us to save the College money by creating two TV ads at the same time which they could run consecutively to keep the campaign fresh.
