Euro Hostel are a company and group of people, highly educated and experienced in the workings of the hospitality industry, though having a very clear vision and ambition to meet the diverse needs of the variety of visitors and age groups ‘away from home’, they were being ‘held back’ by a un-expressive, and tired visual identity and website.

Concept \ EH!

Vivid and unconventional, the new identity behaves in a way that surprises, attracts and engages both guests and ‘passers by’. Using a vivacious, chatty ‘tone of voice’, in hostels across four cites (Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool and Newcatsle)  built around the EH! graphic statement, we’re continuing to help build a bold, cocky, passionate identity, full of youthful energy, attitude and personality.

The new website design, needed to move away from the rigid ‘set route’ feel—where they were—towards a personalised, responsive, and very simple, but fun informative user experience.

Keltie Cochrane were chosen from a number of agencies interviewed when we looked to redevelop our brand ID and website. Straight away they understood what we are, what we do and how to reflect this in all things design and digital.

The team at KC were happy to take risks with design so that the end result is fresh and fit for purpose for our longer term goals. Good people to work with!
